The Nick Beakas Personal Training Studio offers many varieties of exercises. All packages will be designed according to your goals to optimize results. The first time we meet, we'll cover your current rituals and habits and determine the necessary path to optimal results. We will also take measurements, weight, and body fat percentage so we can easily track progress and make adjustments on the fly to ensure successful attainment of set goals.
We offer private sessions for health and fitness, sport specific training, and MMA training. We also train school and youth athletic teams specifically for their sport. Call 419 205 6609 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details/pricing.
1 on 1 Private Sessions - $55 per session. $50 per session when 10 or more are purchased.
*Add $5 per additional person joining the private session.
**All first time clients receive an initial workout/consultation for free to decide if the philosophies and workouts are something they'll adhere to prior to committing to scheduling more sessions.
Group classes consist of amazing and supportive people, a 45-50 minute full body workout, and direction on proper form. Available for all fitness levels from beginner to the advanced of the advanced! Multiple progressions are offered for every exercise so anyone can jump in and get an incredible workout!
All first timers receive two weeks free to try the group classes out to determine if it's the right fit for them prior to committing. Family discounts available!
Unlimited Group Classes:
1-3 months - $80/month
4-6 months - $75/month
7-9 months - $70/month
10-12 months - $60/month
2 Times/Week Group Classes:
Full Year - $480.00 ($40/month)
*Family rates apply. Deduct $10/month per person for each additional family member.
1 Time/Week Group Classes:
Full Year - $360.00 ($30/month)
Drop In One Time - $15.00
