Spaghetti Squash Creation

Here's what I did for my spaghetti squash for a mid day snack. Very similar to what Jen mentioned in my previous post.

Sautéed tomatoes, onion, 1/4 garlic cloves, jalopeno, wax pepper, and green pepper. Spread a little on top of the squash... and sprinkle some salt and pepper and there you have it! Super easy and delish. I wish I had basil though... That'd take the flavor to a whole new level.

To cook the squash, cut it in half, scoop the seeds and microwave it for 12 minutes. Then use a fork to scrape the walls so it comes out like s'ghetti noodles.

Here's a great recipe too that I love, but it requires a little more time and effort. But this one packs a protein punch! http://www.nickbpt.com/news-and-training-tips/archives/07-2012
