I understand that this will take many of you out of your rhythm and routine, so I would like to make it up to you by offering two
1) If you are a current monthly boot camp member, I will be extending your membership by two weeks to make up for the lost week with a little extra.
2) With or without the studio it’s important to stay active. If you can provide a list of any exercise equipment you have access to by the end of Friday, 6/29/12, I will write a set of workouts for you to help you keep your routine up through the week.
