This makes for an excellent sweet treat and side dish.
I removed the skin and cut the pineapple away from the core.
I then placed it on the grill over medium heat and smoked it for 5 minutes each side. If you don't like the smokey flavor, you can use a standard grill. Times may vary. You'll want to turn the slices once you see grill marks. Remove once done. Hit it with some cinnamon and enjoy! It also makes for great snacking throughout the week!
