Sometimes I'll skip seasoning and mix in sauerkraut. Any veggie is fair game. Sometimes I'll use a beef stew packet. If you have a beef and noodles recipe, try that, but with egg whites replacing the noodles. This meal is excellent for trying new things and packs a protein and slimming punch!
