Here’s what I like to do. I’ll brown up a quarter pound of 96% lean ground beef. Once cooked, I’ll add six egg whites, a handful of veggies and then season it with Lawry’s seasoned salt. After that, I’ll go through and cook the remaining three quarters of a pound of beef separately to give me three more different dishes to store in the refrigerator. Just like that, I have four breakfasts ready to go for the week. All that’s left is waking up, sprinkling some light cheese on top, warming it up and then giving it the finishing touch of Frank’s Red Hot. Then I’ll proceed to enjoy my meal with a side of fruit, which for me, is usually a bowl of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
In the process of making this, I also boiled a dozen eggs. I’ll peel them once they cool and have yet another snack ready to go when I need it.
