This Saturday at 10:00 a.m. we'll be having a free Buti Yoga class. If you're not sure what Buti is,
this is a great opportunity to check it out and see how you can benefit both physically and mentally.
If you're wondering what this entails, it's an amazing dynamic of yoga, plyometrics, and tribal dance geared towards empowering women.
After several conversations with an old friend and a new friend about how much it's benefited them along with many others laced with their passion and further review from my end, I really look forward to the potential of this becoming a staple on the NBPTS schedule.
Lastly, this is for women only. A more conventional yoga for both men and women is indeed on the radar and is being worked on to get this on the schedule in the near future.
