The new schedule for this week is officially posted!
It doesn't stop there though. On Sunday, 3/4/12, I'll be breaking out a new class called the Total Body Weight Experience. This will be a 30 minute class that focuses on exercises using nothing but your body. Among the things to expect are the proper warmup and cool down techniques and twenty minutes of good, old fashioned hard work. The Total Body Experience falls into the same category of boot camps and kettle bell classes for those with such memberships and packages.
Please note that the size of this class will be more limited than regular boot camps and kettle bell classes, so it is important to register to ensure you obtain a spot in the class. Confirmation will be provided after you register.
